Andy is the founding pastor of Discovery. He leads the pastoral staff and congregation to make a difference in our community and reshape our culture as we walk out the teaching of Jesus in our daily lives.

Chris leads in an executive capacity to assist in church resource management. He connects the good news of Jesus' love to the community through creating intentional relationship and discipleship opportunities.

Melissa serves Discovery in areas of administration, teaching and connection. Her desire is to help people experience the transforming power of Jesus as we learn to hear Him and walk with Him on this journey.

Alison lovingly pours her heart into leading a team who are focused on developing a generation of children who will love and follow after Jesus throughout their lives. She offers a wide range of resources to help families navigate the seasons of parenting from a biblical perspective.

Cheri passionately works to connect people to the presence of God through worship in our corporate settings. She oversees a team of people who are devoted to helping the church family experience God in a practical and transformational experience. 

Josh bridges the online campus congregation to the Sunday morning experience weekly, and serves as the facilitator to those who join us online no matter how far away. He lives to see people changed by the power of the Gospel.
